Eligibility Criteria
🗹 Residence: Must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
🗹 Age Limit: Between 21 to 40 years.
🗹 Educational Qualification: Minimum 8th class passed; Intermediate or equivalent will be preferred.
🗹 Training: Must have received training under government training schemes such as Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana, ODOP Training Scheme, SC/ST/OBC Training Scheme, or Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission.

🗹 Previous Benefits: Should not have availed interest or capital subsidy under any other Government scheme except Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana.
Application process Stage
⓵ Interest free loan up to ₹5 lakh.
𝅇Margin money subsidy: 10% of the project cost (maximum ₹50,000).
𝅇CGTMSE coverage: Provided by State Government for 4 years.
𝅇Moratorium period of 6 months.

⓶ 𝅇Eligibility after repayment of first stage loan.
𝅇Project cost up to a maximum of ₹10 lakh.
𝅇Interest subsidy: 50% interest subsidy of ₹7.5 lakh or double the first stage loan amount, whichever is lower, for 3 years.

𝅇CGTMSE Coverage: To be borne by State Government for 3 years.
𝅇Margin Money Subsidy: Not available in 2nd Phase
